Ingredients

  • 3 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 carrots, diced
  • 1 can Pet milk
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. (heaping) cornstarch
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Place diced celery, onion and carrots in 2 cups water and cook until tender.

    Add corn and Pet milk.

    Simmer 20 minutes to thicken.

    Mix cornstarch and small amount of water until smooth. Add to corn soup and stir well until thickened slightly.
