- 4 cups diced apples
- 3 12 cups whole wheet flour
- 5 teaspoons baking soda
- 23 cup Splenda granular
- 12 cup egg whites or 12 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 23 cup applesauce
- 1 cup skim milk
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions

1Combine flour, baking soda, and splenda in a large bowl and sift until fluffy.

2Mix milk, applesauce, cinnamon, nutmeg, and milk in a separate bowl.

3Slowly add liquid mix to the dry while constantly stirring.
