  • 4 cups diced apples
  • 3 12 cups whole wheet flour
  • 5 teaspoons baking soda
  • 23 cup Splenda granular
  • 12 cup egg whites or 12 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
  • 23 cup applesauce
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

    Combine flour, baking soda, and splenda in a large bowl and sift until fluffy.

    Mix milk, applesauce, cinnamon, nutmeg, and milk in a separate bowl.

    Slowly add liquid mix to the dry while constantly stirring.

    (it will be a thicker batter).

    Start to fold in the apples until even throughout batter.

    Srapy Pam on a muffin pan and spoon the batter to the top of each cup for larger muffins.

    ( for smaller fill 3/4).

    Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until tops are golden.
