- 4 large potatoes
- 6 slices of bacon
- 1/3 c. onion
- 8 ounces of sour cream
- 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- paprika
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp.

2Bake potatoes until tender; let cool. Scoop out pulp leaving about 1/4-inch in shell.

3Mash pulp in large mixing bowl with crumbled bacon and remaining ingredients; mix well.

4Put back into shells and sprinkle with paprika.

5Microwave for 5 minutes until heated through and serve.

6(These can be done in the morning and then re-heated.)
