Double Beefburger(Makes 4 Servings)

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can condensed beef broth
- 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
- 4 split hamburger buns, toasted and buttered
Directions

1Shape ground beef lightly into a patty in a large frying pan. Brown 5 minutes on each side, then break up into chunks.

2Stir in green onions, garlic and paprika.

3Cook 2 minutes.

4Blend in flour, then stir in beef broth.

5Simmer, stirring often, 10 minutes to blend flavors.

6Stir about 1/2 cup of the hot mixture into sour cream, then stir back into remaining mixture in pan.

7Heat slowly, stirring constantly, until hot.

8Spoon on top of split hamburger buns to serve open-face style.
