  • 28 Christie Coffee Break Cinnamon Raisin Cookies
  • 1 pkg. (250g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 container (175g) cherry yogurt
  • 1 env. Dream Whip Dessert Topping Mix
  • 1 can (19oz/540mL) cherry pie filling

    PLACE one wafer, flat side down, in bottom of each 14 paper-lined muffin tins.

    BEAT cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

    Blend in yogurt.

    PREPARE dessert topping mix as directed on package.

    Fold in creamed mixture.

    Spoon half of filling evenly over wafers.

    Top each with one wafer.

    Spoon remaining filling evenly on top.

    CHILL until set, about 3 hours.

    SPOON about 2 Tbsp (30mL) cherry pie filling over each dessert.
