- 2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (11 1/2 oz.) milk chocolate chips
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 2 Tbsp. cream or milk
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1In double boiler melt semi-sweet chips with 2/3 cup Eagle Brand milk, 1 tablespoon cream and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

2Remove from heat; stir in 1/2 cup walnuts.

3Spread evenly into foil-lined 9-inch square pan.

4Melt chocolate chips with remaining Eagle Brand, 1 tablespoon cream and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

5Remove from heat; stir in remaining walnuts.

6Spread over fudge in pan.

7Chill 2 hours or until firm.

8Turn fudge onto cutting board, peel off foil and cut into squares.

9Store loosely covered at room temperature.
