- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1/3 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. butter, divided
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp. mint extract, divided
- 2 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

3Stir together flour, sugars, cocoa, baking powder and salt.

4Cut in 3/4 cup butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

5Beat in eggs and 1/4 teaspoon mint extract.

6Spread into pan and bake 23 to 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in comes out clean.
