- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 3 lb. chicken
Directions

1Crush corn flakes in a pan.

2Mix flour, salt, pepper, milk and margarine all together; dip chicken in the batter.

3Roll in corn flakes good.

4Grease a baking pan.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour until chicken is tender; do not cover while baking.
