  • 7 c. Kellogg's corn flakes
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 3 lb. chicken

Directions

    Crush corn flakes in a pan.

    Mix flour, salt, pepper, milk and margarine all together; dip chicken in the batter.

    Roll in corn flakes good.

    Grease a baking pan.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour until chicken is tender; do not cover while baking.
