  • 1 pkg. lemon or yellow cake mix (pudding included)
  • 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/3 c. cooking oil

Directions

    In large bowl, combine all ingredients and beat for 4 minutes. Spray Bundt pan with cooking spray and sprinkle with granulated sugar. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes and turn out onto plate. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar or glaze.
