- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 (6 ounce) package lemon gelatin
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 cups honeydew balls
- 2 cups cantaloupe balls
- 6 small mint leaves
Directions

1Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl till completely dissolved.

2Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 1/2 cups.

3Add ice water to gelatin and stir.

4Refrigerate 30 minutes or till slightly thickened(consistency of unbeaten egg whites).

5Stir in melon balls and mint leaves.

6Spoon into 9x5 inch loaf pan.

7Refrigerate 4 hours or till firm.

8Unmold.

9Store leftover gelatin in fridge.
