- 3/4 cup milk, warmed
- 1/2 ounce dry yeast
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

1Preheat corn oil to 350 degrees F.

2Begin by combining the warm milk and yeast in a mixing bowl with a dough hook.

3Add the flour, eggs, butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla.

4Mix until all ingredients are incorporated.

5Cover dough with plastic wrap, and let it rise for 30 minutes.

6Remove dough from bowl, and place on a lightly floured surface.

7Shape or roll out dough, and cut into desired shapes.

8Carefully place a few doughnuts at a time in fryer, and fry for approximately 3 minutes, or until golden brown.

9To serve, glaze or garnish with chocolate, raspberry, or any of your favorite fillings and toppings.
