  • 14 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 3 tablespoons white rum
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon serrano chili, seed and mince
  • 4 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1 cup star fruit, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
