- 2 onions, sliced
- 4 to 5 lb. pork roast
- 5 to 6 whole cloves
- 2 c. water
- 1 (16 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
- 1 large onion, chopped
Directions

1Put half of onion in bottom of crock-pot, then add meat and other ingredients with remaining onion on top.

2Cover and cook on low 8 to 12 hours.

3Remove bone and fat from meat.

4Put meat back in crock-pot.

5Add onion and barbecue sauce.

6Cover and cook an additional 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours on high, stirring 2 or 3 times. Serve from crock-pot on large buns.
