- 12 cup butter or 12 cup margarine
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 cups sweetened coconut
Directions

1Combine flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar and butter until particles are fine, use low speed of mixer.

2Press into bottom of ungreased 13x9 inch pan.

3Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

4Beat 1 1/2 cups brown sugar with eggs just until blended.

5Mix in remaining ingredients.

6Spread over partially baked crust.

7Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.

8When cool, cut with a sharp knife.
