  • 3 oz. orange jello
  • 1/3 c. oil (Crisco)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. frozen orange juice
  • 12 oz. frozen coconut
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

    Grease 2 (8-inch) cake pans; dust with flour.

    Mix orange cake mix, orange jello, Crisco oil, eggs and water and beat for 3 minutes.

    Pour in pans and cook 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.

    Let cool in pans 10 minutes.

    Put on cake rack; cool.
