  • 1 (8 oz. or 10 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drain most of the juice, if possible
  • 2 bags Stella D'Oro Anginette cookies

    Mix the top 3 ingredients together.

    Cut the cookies in half. Keep mix in refrigerator until ready to use.

    Put 1 teaspoon of mix between the cookies.

    Enjoy yourself.
