  • 25 Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Directions

    Combine cracker crumbs, nuts and margarine.

    Gradually beat sugar and vanilla into egg whites.

    Fold crumb mixture into egg mixture.

    Pour into a well-greased pie pan and bake in a 350° oven for 40 minutes.

    Cool and top with whipped topping.
