  • 1 box (3 oz.) Orange Gelatin
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. Orange extract

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans and set aside.

    Blend all ingredients, and pour into prepared cake pans.

    Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.

    After cake cools, slice each layer in two to make four layers.
