  • 1/2 lb. lean pork sausage, browned and drained
  • 1 c. onion, chopped fine
  • 1 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can giblet water or bouillon
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
