- 2 gallon sliced-peeled apples
- 5 c sugar
- 1 c 5% White vinegar
Directions

1Peel and slice apples.

2Put five cups of sugar on apples. (Mix well) Let stand over night.

3The next morning, add 1 c white vinegar (5%).

4Cook one hour or until tender.

5Place in pint jars, heat the lids.

6Place in a water bath for 15 minutes.
