  • 1 c. water, hot
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 pt. heavy cream
  • Baker's semi-sweet chocolate, shredded or shaved

    Dissolve gelatine in hot water; cool slightly.

    Whip sugar and egg yolks until smooth.

    Add gelatine and whipped cream.
