- 2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. fat (shortening)
- 3/4 c. fluid milk
Directions

1Mix flour, baking powder and salt.

2Mix in fat with fork or two knives until crumbly.

3Add milk.

4Mix enough to wet dry ingredients.

5Drop dough from a tablespoon on greased baking pan. Bake at 450° (very hot oven) 10 to 12 minutes until lightly browned.

6Makes 12 biscuits.
