  • 1 chicken, cut up
  • 2 qt. water
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Crisco
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Cook chicken in water. Remove from broth and take off bones. Return chicken to broth.

    Add 2 cups milk, margarine, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
