  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 2 c. lukewarm water
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 1/2 to 5 c. self-rising flour

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in warm water.

    Stir in sugar and oil.

    Then add remaining ingredients.

    Fill greased muffin pans 1/2 full. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

    Store in refrigerator in a covered container for up to one week and use as needed.
