  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2/3 c. peanut butter
  • 2 c. thawed Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 more c. Cool Whip
  • 1 Hershey bar
  • 1/2 c. crushed peanuts

Directions

    Combine the first 3 ingredients and put in a 9 x 13 pan and bake in 350° oven for 5 to 10 minutes (first layer). Let cool about 20 minutes before adding the remainder of layers.
