  • 8 boneless breast of chicken
  • 8 slices ham
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lg. lowfat sour cream (1 pt.)
  • 1 c. sherry

Directions

    Fold chicken around slices of ham to fit.

    Mix soup, lowfat sour cream, sherry and pour over.

    Bake in shallow casserole in 250 degree oven for 4 hrs.

    If necessary, simply add in more sherry.

    This can easily be halved or possibly doubled.
