- flour
- oil
- 1 bottle cooking wine
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Flour roast and brown in oil.

2Add cooking wine, salt and pepper.

3Cooking wine has salt added so be careful not to over salt. Bake in heavy covered pan at 350° for about 3 hours or until tender. May have to add a little water if needed. Remove meat and thicken juice with a little cornstarch and water.

4Serve over mashed potatoes.
