  • 7/8 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 egg whites
  • salt
  • 1 5/8 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 cups cocoa powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon port wine white
  • 2 1/2 cups grated coconut
