1Heat oil in wok. Stir-fry the beef for ~ 5 minutes over very high heat. Reduce the heat by half and continue to stir fry for around 7 more minutes (until the beef is very dark and very dry). Don't stop stirring!!!

2Remove beef.

3Add more oil and chili peppers. Stir fry tghe peppers until brown.

4Add carrots, celery and onions. Stir fry until the onions are translucent. Add sesame seeds & beef and cook until the beef is reheated.

5Sprinkle sesame oil on top. Server with rice
