Ingredients

  • 1 chicken or 2 ducks
  • 4 bouillon cubes, cooked with meat
  • 1 recipe cornbread, prepared
  • 4 slices white bread
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 3 or 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. ground sage

Directions

    Crumble cornbread and white bread.

    Add celery, onion, cream of chicken soup, sage and eggs.

    Pour hot broth over all and stir. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
