  • 1 tablespoon wheat bran
  • 1 tablespoon skim milk powder
  • 2 eggs
  • water 20 cl.
  • 3 3/16 tablespoons protein powder

    1. Combine the oat bran, wheat bran, and skim milk powder in a medium-sized bowl.

    2. Beat the eggs in a small bowl. Add them to the dry ingredients along with the water and protein powder. Whisk thoroughly.

    3. Heat a frying pan. When it is hot, pour in a ladle of batter. Cook and then flip the crepe. Continue with the remaining batter.
