Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs (plain)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup parsley (dried)
  • 2 tablespoons basil (dried)
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt (celtic)
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 2 teaspoons garlic (minced)
  • 3/4 cup colby-monterey jack cheese (shredded)

Directions

    Heat oven to 375 degrees.

    Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.

    I start with a wooden spoon just to get things going and I finish with my hands.

    When well mixed (it should be nice and moist) plop into an ungreased baking dish and shape into a loaf.

    Place dish in oven.

    Bake for about an hour or until it is brown on top and done in the middle.

    Remove from oven, let sit for about 10 minutes so it will stay juicy inside.

    Slice and enjoy.
