  • 4 oz Ground chuck
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1/3 tbsp Parsley
  • 1/3 tbsp Italian season
  • 1 tsp Garlic pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dash Soy sauce
  • 1/3 Onions sweet
  • 1/3 Red,green,yellow,orange bell peppers
  • 1/3 Goat,blue,tomatoe/basil crumble cheese
  • 1 can Tomatoes with peppers
  • 1/3 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup Caribbean jerk sauce
  • 1 dash Worcestershire
  • 1/3 cup Bourbon sauce

Directions

    Mix together and form meatballs and bake with foil for about 20 minutes,take off foil and bake for another ten minute.

    Mix can tomatoes with jalapeno peppers in tomato juice,brown sugar,Caribbean jerk,soy sauce,bourbon peppercorn together and simmer for the sauce for meatballs.
