- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Add enough cold water or chicken broth to make a stiff dough. Make into small balls and let rest about 2 hours.

2Roll dough real thin. Cut about 1-inch wide.

3Drop dough into hot broth that has been strained to prevent small bones.

4Add cooked chicken and cook 10 minutes.

5Turn off heat.

6Two tablespoons of sweet milk may be added.
