  • 1 egg
  • cold water
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Blend the egg with the flour and salt.

    Add enough water to make a stiff dough.

    Form into small ball and roll out dough.

    Cut in small strips.

    Drop into the boiling broth 15 minutes before serving.
