Ingredients

  • 4 cups of flour (for dough)
  • 2 cup of water (for dough)
  • 100 gr. minced beef (for the beef filling)
  • 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce (for the beef filling)
  • 1 teaspoon of cornflour (for the beef filling)
  • 1 tablespoon of chives (chopped) (for the beef filling)
  • 1 teaspoon of grated finger (for the beef filling)
  • 2 teaspoon of sesame oil (for the beef filling)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric (for the beef filling)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of mustard seeds (for the beef filling)
  • 1/2 arabic all spices (for the beef filling)
  • 75 gr. of minced shrimp meat (for the shrimp filling)
  • 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce (for the shrimp filling)
  • 1 teaspoon of cornflour (for the shrimp filling)
  • 1 table spoon of mashed garlic (for the shrimp filling)
  • 2 tablespoon of sesame oil(for the shrimp filling)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce (for the dipping sauce)
  • 1/2 tablespoon of chery balsamic vinegar (for the dipping sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon chives (chopped) (for the dipping sauce)
  • 1/2 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds. (for the dipping sauce)

Directions

    Directions for the dough: Mix ingredients together and knead until it forms an homogenous dough. Set in a bowl and cover with a dampt cloth, let it rest for at least 30 minutes.

    Directions for the beef filling: Mix all together cover and set in the fridge until ready to assembel.

    Directions for the shrimp filling: Mix all together cover and set in the fridge until ready to assembel.

    Directions for the dipping sauce: Combine all ingredients and serve in a bowl

    Assembling: Dust a surface with flour. Knead and with a rolling pin roll out the dough until almost paper-thin. Cut 4 cm diameter rounds. Place either filling and bring ends together. Press the edges firmly so it stays sealed. Steam for 6 minutes and then you can sear them in a teflon pan with a bit of oil. Serve warm.
