  • 6 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 c. cooled broth
  • 6 qt. boiling broth

Directions

    Sift together flour, salt and baking powder.

    Add eggs.

    Pour into cooled broth and stir to make dough.

    Roll thin on floured surface.

    Cut into thin strips.

    Drop into boiling broth or drop by tablespoon into boiling broth.

    Stir gently to fully cook. Broth will thicken to make its own gravy.
