- 1/2 stick oleo or butter, softened
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. flour (all-purpose)
- 3/4 c. flour (self-rising)
- 1 tsp. salt
- chicken broth
Directions

1Combine flour and salt.

2Add butter and eggs.

3Mix and form a stiff dough.

4Roll out and cut into strips and squares.

5Drop into broth that is boiling.

6When all dumplins are added, cover and turn burner off and allow to remain covered for 15 minutes.

7Season with salt and pepper.

8Serve.
