- 1/2 c. soft oleo
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 c. each: chopped candied cherries, candied pineapple, chopped citron and raisins
- Lemon Glaze
Directions

1Cream oleo and sugar until light.

2Beat in vanilla and eggs. Add sifted dry ingredients and fruit; mix well.

3Pour into a 9-inch square pan lined with waxed paper on bottom.

4Bake in a 325° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

5Turn out on rack and peel off paper; turn right side up and brush with glaze.
