  • 1/2 cups Finely Chopped Tomatoes, Seeded
  • 1/2 cups Finely Diced Red Onion
  • 1 whole Serrano Pepper, Seeded And Diced
  • 8 ounces, weight Fully Cooked Dungeness Crab Meat, Picked Over For Shells
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 cups Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 whole Avocado, Peeled, Pitted, And Diced

    Combine the first seven ingredients (tomatoes through salt) in a bowl.

    Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

    Remove bowl from the refrigerator.
