  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 3 Tbsp. chocolate
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 1/2 c. pineapple or 1 can plus the juice
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil

Directions

    In mixing bowl, add flour, soda, chocolate, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, vanilla and salt in order given.

    Add nuts, pineapple and oil.

    Beat a little and bake for 30 minutes at 350°. An old family recipe everyone loves.
