  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/4 c. white flour
  • 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. chopped apples (peeled)

Directions

    Beat together oil, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla.
