  • 4 apples, cored, halved or quartered
  • 1/4 c. flour and 1/4 c. sugar, mixed
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 pt. half and half cream
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Make 1 crust; sprinkle with flour and sugar mixture.

    Place apples in crust; if tart, add more sugar.

    Sprinkle sugar over apples.

    Pour on cream; sprinkle on cinnamon and nutmeg.

    Bake at 425° until apples are done in the middle.
