- apples
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. cream
- cinnamon
- 1 pastry lined pan
Directions

1Pare and thinly slice enough apples to fill pie pan heaping. Mix the sugar, flour and salt.

2Mix thoroughly with the apples. Put in pastry lined pan.

3Pour the cream over the apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

4Bake at 425° until crust is light brown (10 minutes).

5Reduce heat to 350° and cook approximately 45 minutes or until apples are done.
