  • apples
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. cream
  • cinnamon
  • 1 pastry lined pan

Directions

    Pare and thinly slice enough apples to fill pie pan heaping. Mix the sugar, flour and salt.

    Mix thoroughly with the apples. Put in pastry lined pan.

    Pour the cream over the apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Bake at 425° until crust is light brown (10 minutes).

    Reduce heat to 350° and cook approximately 45 minutes or until apples are done.
