  • 4 c. egg noodles
  • 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 2 c. diced ham or bacon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions

    Cook noodles and drain.

    Add cheese and ham or bacon.

    Beat eggs, flour, milk, cream, salt, pepper and dry mustard.

    Place noodles in buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

    Pour egg/cream mixture over noodles.

    Pour over melted butter.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
