  • 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, sliced and sauteed in butter
  • 2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
  • 9 bread slices, cubed
  • 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 9 eggs, beaten
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese

Directions

    Line Dutch oven with foil.

    Mix ingredients in a bowl, then put in an oven and cook about 1 hour.
