Dutch Peach Cake

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- sliced peaches
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1Separate egg.

2To the yolk, add melted butter and milk, then beat slightly.

3Sift dry ingredients.

4Add to egg mixture.

5Beat egg whites, adding some of the sugar when whites have been beaten. Continue to beat until stiff.

6Fold into first mixture.

7Pour into deep pie pan and cover with peaches.

8Sprinkle with sugar, 1/4 cup (more or less), as needed.

9Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.

10Serve warm with cream.
