Dutch Pumpkin Nut Bread

  • 3/4 c. canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground mace
  • 17 oz. pkg. quick bread mix

Directions

    In mixing bowl, blend pumpkin, water, egg, cinnamon and mace. Add bread mix and stir until moistened.

    Turn into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until done.

    Remove from pan and cool.

    If desired, frost with confectioners sugar.
