- 3 lb. cabbage, shredded
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Combine a 3-pound head cabbage, one chopped green pepper and one chopped medium onion.

2Cover with 1 cup sugar.

3With knife, poke holes through cabbage.

4Bring cooking oil, vinegar, salt, celery seed and dry mustard to a boil.

5Pour over cabbage and stir.
