- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium size head cabbage
- 2 or 3 stalks celery, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 can (No. 2 1/2) tomatoes
Directions

1Cut up cabbage and boil in small amount of water.

2Brown the onion, celery and meat.

3Simmer cabbage, tomatoes and meat mixture until flavors are well blended.

4Season to taste with black pepper and salt.
