  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium size head cabbage
  • 2 or 3 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 can (No. 2 1/2) tomatoes

Directions

    Cut up cabbage and boil in small amount of water.

    Brown the onion, celery and meat.

    Simmer cabbage, tomatoes and meat mixture until flavors are well blended.

    Season to taste with black pepper and salt.
